Parents and Students,

Our mission is to provide our students and families with some sense of normalcy through engaging activities that provide enrichment during this tumultuous and uncertain time.  We want all students to have access to social-emotional and academic opportunities that provide them comfort while also supporting them in not regressing in essential skills they have worked so hard all year to develop.  We have worked tirelessly to create an equitable plan that will afford every child with the same continuous learning opportunity.

It is our sincere hope that we can continue to love and serve your families over the coming weeks.  We realize that everyone’s family dynamics have changed, and in many cases, your home has now become a daycare, school, restaurant, and office.  It can be incredibly challenging to find a balance within this new circumstance.  Please know that all administrative offices remain open each day from 8:00-4:00, and will continue to remain open each day until May 15, with the exception of Good Friday on April 10.

How to Retrieve Your Child’s Belongings
The three principals’ and superintendents’ office will remain open from 8:00 am until 4 pm, Monday thru Friday.  During these hours, parents may call and arrange to retrieve their students’ personal items, such as backpacks, clothing items, books, and medicine stored in the offices.  Parents need to call their students’ respective office and the items will be delivered outside to the parent.  All administrative offices will remain open until May 15, 2020.

Parent/Student Portal

The new OSTP parent portal contains access to student's test scores throughout ES and MS, it does not contain HS student test scores.  Parents will need their student's DOB and STN (state testing number) to gain access to current and past testing information.  If a parent needs their student's STN, please contact Mrs. Womack at 918-762-3055.  We have included a Parent/Stuent Portal Help Guide below with detailed steps to help parents navigate the portal.
