Pawnee Indian Health Center in Pawnee, Oklahoma, has expanded COVID-19 vaccine access to all individuals age 12 and up. This includes members of federally recognized tribes and non-natives.
Charts must be established prior to scheduling an appointment. Once a chart is created, the patient can be scheduled for a vaccine appointment.
Established patients may obtain the Pfizer vaccine by contacting us at 918-762-6724 or 918-762-6751 to schedule an appointment. This is a two-dose vaccine series. Patients will be scheduled for both appointments and provided a vaccine card.
Refer questions about this request or clarification to “Pawnee Indian Health Service” Facebook page or contact Ms. Joyce Oberly at 918-762-6612.
