Pawnee Middle School/High School to Host Community Book Fair!

Students from Pawnee High School Library Sciences classes will host a special Book Fair from Scholastic on Monday, February 18 – Thursday, February 21  to help raise funds to buy new books for our school library.

The Book Fair will be open each day from 8:00  to 4:00 and Thursday, February 21 from 8:00 to 8:00 pm during parent teacher conferences  and feature a wide range of books for young teens and adults, including mystery and adventure novels, fantasy series, sports guides, graphic novels, and the latest bestsellers from more than 100 publishers. Parents, children, teachers, and the community are invited to attend.

Library Science Student volunteers, dubbed as crew, helped to plan the Fair and will help run it. From creating merchandising displays to managing inventory and assisting shoppers with their selections, student crew learn real-life skills while helping to make reading for pleasure a cool activity at their school.

“Our Student Crew is working very hard to put on a great Book Fair event – one that promotes literacy and reading, while at the same time raising money for much-needed school resources,” said Jackie Young, MS/HS Librarian, at Pawnee High School.

Please help Pawnee Elementary collect literacy data and be able to better serve our students. Parents and guardians, please take this short survey.

Oklahoma School Testing Program
Parent/Student Portal

The new OSTP parent portal contains access to student's test scores throughout ES and MS, it does not contain HS student test scores.  Parents will need their student's DOB and STN (state testing number) to gain access to current and past testing information.  If a parent needs their student's STN, please contact Mrs. Womack at 918-762-3055.  We have included a Parent/Stuent Portal Help Guide below with detailed steps to help parents navigate the portal.
