I graduated from Mcloud High School in Mcloud, Oklahoma in 1993 and then from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant, Oklahoma in 1997.
I have a bachelor of science degree in Wildlife Conservation and am Oklahoma Teacher certified in Physical Science, Earth Science, and Mid-level Math.
I previously worked as a lab tech for the Cargill Corporation, Greenleaf Nursery Company, and was an Education Corrdinator for the eastern Oklahoma district for the Oklahoma Conservation Commission. I began teaching full time at Pawnee Middle School in 2019.
My husband Russ and I have been married for 26 years. We have 2 sons, currently Dylan is a Non-Destructive Inspector at Tinker Air Force Base in Midwest City, Oklahoma and Tad is a Sophomore at Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee, Oklahoma.
My husband and I love vegetable gardening, farming, raising goats, fishing, and almost any other outdoor leisure activity. My husband is a pastor of over 20 years and a Hospice Chaplain so we enjoy serving in our church and our communities.
